Group Fitness is an amazing way to get fit and stay motivated! Have fun while getting into great shape!

All classes are currently in Hastings and Havelock North.

We offer:

Zumba For Beginners
A slower paced class with emphasis on movement and fun. Learn the Zumba moves to fun uplifting music and enjoy the freedom of movement to stay fit.
Metabolic Fit for Women
This small group class is dedicated to all those women who are wanting guidance with maintaining or achieving fitness through hormonal changes. Specific exercises designed to work with your metabolism.
Boxfit For Women (Non-Contact)
A non-contact boxing class (Pads and gloves are used). Boxing routines along with cardio and body weight exercises through interval training to assist with your fitness and toning. Gloves and pads can be borrowed for use in this class. Private coaching also available.
Bootcamp
Bootcamps are offered to help fast track everyone to get their fitness on track. Sign up for 4 or 8 week blocks of Bootcamps! Our Bootcamps are NOT military stlye! They are designed around total body workouts, motivation and commitment. Summer is coming so if your interested email us today!

Women Specific

Designed for women to help assist with finding balance through strengthening exercises to help support muscle and bone density.
Be motivated, have more energy without OVER-TRAINING.

Workouts designed specifically for women. We target problem areas with Privacy and Support for women.

Paddleboarding (Summer)

Ever wanted to Paddle Board? We hire Paddle Boards for small groups or individuals. We also have a special companion paddle boarding option for those want the security of someone with them out on the water and sharing the experience.

Paddle Board Boot camps! Group training that’s fun and something a little different. Any age can participate as the workouts are designed around being active, building confidence and having fun outdoors.

 

Personalised Wellbeing

Personalised for YOUR Wellbeing. We assess your current fitness and health then together, create a action plan towards improvements.

We will MOTIVATE and INSPIRE you to IMPROVE, keep you focused and on track with personal assistance.
For individuals wanting complete privacy with their Wellbeing program, we offer discrete mobile services. We can work with you within your home or workplace.
