Small Coaching Groups
Small Coaching Groups are an amazing way to get fit plus, they help you to stay motivated while working towards your health and wellbeing goals. Come and join like minded people and get active, build strength and have more energy to do the things you want to.
We have people ranging from 20-60 years of age taking part with any level of fitness being capable to start.
Small Boxfit Group Sessions Saturdays at 8am in Hastings.
BFF Training 2-4 people. Best friends training together! Organised training around a small group of friends committed to helping each other reach their goals.
Outdoor 1 on 1 Fitness
This option is for those ladies not wanting to join a gym or perhaps prefer to be outdoors. It gives you the flexibility for times and days where we can connect and discretely and work together. NO Treadmills, NO Mirrors, NO Intimidation. We will work on a plan just for you and I will work along side you...yes actually do the training with you...motivate and keep you on track!
